GPU Temperatures
I have a 1060 6 gb, with almost all maxed out and 60 fps stable with 47° as high temps in GPU. In another computer there's a rtx 2060, with the same settings but it has 54° as in menu, and in gameplay reaches to 65° max, no other games does that to the gpu. Any help to fix this?

65 C is... not a high temp. The variance you're describing is not at all surprising to find between two different systems, nor a cause for concern, assuming that is the normal/typical operating temp for the 2060.
If you were talking about idle temps in the 80s, there might be cause for concern... but the full-load temps you're describing are lower than some people's water heaters are set to; well within tolerance (and even spec) for most GPUs.
Blow the dust out, maybe add a case fan or adjust the case airflow... If it were me, I wouldn't even worry about it, but if it bugs you that much, maybe clean off the stock paste and apply some premium stuff... just don't expect amazing results, because (in my opinion) you're freaking out over something that isn't worrying in the slightest.
To be completely honest, some people who would kill for full-load temps in the 60s... the high end of the "normal operating range" for modern GPUs is 85+.

Sounds about normal to be fair.
The 2060 will have more cores, bigger cpu more memory and running at higher speeds also draw slightly more power and give off more heat as a result :)

I understand it, the mainly concern about is why in this game? metro exodus, stalker gamma with 360 mods, Detroit become human and so on games does not archieve this temps in the 2060, it's because optimization of the game engine to rtx cards?

Valheim is still in "Early Access". I understand it, the mainly concern about is why in this game? metro exodus, stalker gamma with 360 mods, Detroit become human and so on games does not archieve this temps in the 2060, it's because optimization of the game engine to rtx cards?
"Optimization" isn't much more than a pipe dream at this point.
Stop fretting, and go play; Worry if the temps hit triple digits.
If you want to see your GPU struggle, try a few hundred hours of Dyson Sphere Program.

fret
verb
1. to be visibly worried or anxious.
You're wanting to "fix" a "problem" that many people would love to have; the "full load" temps you're describing as an issue are lower than some people's idle temps.
I can't have any "chill" - you've apparently got all of it

I have many friends, who have experienced, that the 2060 GPU basically just isn't powerful at all. Compared to a 1060 you should feel a slight upgrade, but many 2060 models doesn't cool down easily, and that is why they lack performance compared to the stats of it, and you probably experience more heat.

This game made my other laptop run so hot it fried my motherboard 2 weeks ago. That laptop was a 1650m with 8gb of ram. I now have a 3050ti with 16gb ram so that shouldnt happen again.

That's either a serious design flaw, or user error (eg, you blocked the vents). This game made my other laptop run so hot it fried my motherboard a 2 weeks ago. That laptop was a 1650m with 8gb of ram.
Out of morbid curiosity, which "laptop" did you ruin your reproductive capabilities with?

it was a 2019 acer nitro 5. It was a budget version of what I have now. I made sure the comp had plenty of room to breath and I kept it clean and took care of it. I just pushed it WAY too hard which is my fault, I was playing games I shouldnt. It was my first gaming comp so I made mistakes that I wont make again. I was playing valheim and the comp just died, i was playing and black screen, no lights and wouldnt turn on again. That's either a serious design flaw, or user error (eg, you blocked the vents). RTX card holder here, definitely not 🤣. Valheim uses none of the RTX features, and uses DX11 which afaik predates either of your cards. ... why in this game? ... it's because optimization of the game engine to rtx cards?
Edit: for context, 3070ti, i5-12500, mATX case, all of the case fans - Valheim turns my PC into a fan heater.
