I hit play after download and it starts to launch then stops. I have done 1. updated graphics driver. 2. tried windowed mode by adding -windowed -noborder to the launch options. 3. disabled steam overlay. 4. disabled antivirus and firewalls. 5. Cleared steam download cache. 6. reinstalled several times. 7. Verified file integrity.

Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I will add i haven't played in a while, and added another screen. That should not have anything to do with it but maybe.

Any ideas that may work please.
