I have not, but I also have no desire to play on other servers.

what is the speed of your internet? Noticed when building excessive building with multiple players I may get dropped but lag is horrible, Most of the time that happens its low connection speed/data rate from the host.

I was just thinking you could check to see if it is a problem with that server or people on that server. Just for troubleshooting purposes.

You could also try a local file verify with steam to make sure the install is good.
Do you run any mods?

Just throwing out suggestions for you as it really isn't a common issue and I assumed you checked if others had solutions.

This is another thing as well.
The host for any particular area can change depending on who was there first. So if you go to an area where someone with a weak internet/computer initiated that "zone" you could have issues as well.
