best way to transfer stuff into a new world

although in my current world there's alot left unexplored i dont assume the mistlands will be loaded in? ( I own a server by a 3th party provider Etheron hosting ) Is there a way to get mistlands in our current world?, or is there a easy way to transfer all our stuff to a new world?
