Adjust game settings (editing text files) before you start your world/game: That's what I do in "7 days to Die" (survival/crafting game); Set the game parameters (like experience gain, damage, etc) to a range you'll find less of a grind and more enjoyable.

I just learnt that all tames are protected by staff of protection so one cast of that on a load of tamed animals, probably wolves the best since they follow you, plus friendly fire enabled, choose your aoe weapon of choice and every bubble that pops will give you 1 experience. So far only theoretical for me,I haven't tried this yet, just thought about it.

can make an afk level station for blood magic. requires some planning and effort tough. and bears some risk if you leave it running all night.

or just camp a draugr spawner actively. also works. just summon 2 archers for either method.

otherwise cheat. but then may aswell cheat in the cheatsword and safe yourself the trouble of leveling skills.
