I need help with the graphic settings
Sorry for my bad english.
I keep running into issues with the graphic setting and performance. I have a RTX 2060S with the latest drivers, game on an ssd, 16 gb ram and a ryzen 5 3600X.
When i put everything at max settings i get around 45-55 fps, when i put everything on high i get smooth 60 fps. No problem here. The issue is that the graphic card fans keep going to 100% (rpm at ~ 3000) for 2-3 seconds, than go back to normal and shortly after back to 100% in an endless loop despite staying at 69-70°C. This also happens when i set everything on medium or low.
Other demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077 or Red Dead Redemption 2 i have on high-ultra setting with dlss but without raytracing and it stays on 60 fps and the pc stays silent es ever, fans at ~ 1200 rpm)
I tried adjusting the fan curve in msi afterburner, but the card keeps overwriting the settings and keeps howling when playing Valheim.
Other games i had this issue with was Warhammer 3 Immortal Empires, but this problem was solved when i pu everything onm medium graphic settings.
Can someone help me?
Is it maybe one of the other setting below the graphic sliders?

One thing i know that will help loads is lowering your screens resolution. If you play at 1440p, set it to 1080p, because of the art style, its not really noticeable you have dropped resolution after 5-10mins of play.
