There's something very wrong going on with these 4k cards. Not sure if its just games not knowing how to utliilise them, or if they have a complex software architecture, but see nothing but complaints on all games about this series of cards. More so than that of the 3k series.

Yes my friend 1660ti under 1080p gets better FPS than me, it's confusing. My GPU fans are not even moving

What's the load on your highest loaded CPU core when you are getting 20FPS?

If I switch window the load will go down so I haven't checked yet... I trid boot.config edit and it helped a bit, like getting 30ish fps in base now
