No, they aren't transferable.
You could ask the creators nicely to invite you to their server so that you could see their builds in person. But, no, they cannot lend you their builds.
Hmm... maybe with enough incentive you could invite them to your server to put in hundreds of hours and build one for you.
Otherwise, you'll just have to be inspired and build your own. It doesn't have to be fancy for you to feel you have achieved something amazing yourself ;)

There are some sites that show you a preview of builds and allow you to download the "World Save" file that contains those buildings.

You can use a mod called "Plan Build" to copy the build, and then you can go to your own world and place the copy.
