I've tried multiple variations of the following launch commands [force: windowed, full screen, d3d11, vulkan]
Forced GPU driver reset: Win+Ctrl+Shft+B
Cleared Steam Cache and logged-in to Account
Checked for ANY updates for ALL hardware etc.

AMD adrenalin update (Dec2022) and the Mistlands Update (Dec2022) turned my gaming into frames per minute; Barotrauma is also suffering from FPS drop. Before the updates I had buttery smooth fps on Valheim with MAX Settings. Rolled back my AMD drivers to 22.5.2 hoping it would bring back my FPS, checked my resmon for memory leaks, tested all of my RAM/temps/Drives, GPU, and when that did not appeal to be the cause I took hardware out and re-seated everything and verified my bios/boot order,
and Safe-Mode DDU/Safe-Mode installed GPU drivers. Anyone want to take a crack at some pointers for me?
What tf did I miss?
