No controls (except for the few that work)
I started up Valheim for the first time since January. When the game starts I have full controller support in the menus. As soon as the game starts I have no controller support except for up on the dpad with equip/unequip a weapon. That's it.
If I switch to keyboard the wasd keys will move around and the spacebar will jump, but that's it. The mouse buttons don't do anything and moving the mouse around the screen doesn't do anything, either. I have to alt-f4 to quit the game.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing changed. I think it might be a mod issue since I had some mods in january but I have tried to disable/delete all the mods. I may be missing some somewhere. Help?

Easiest way to make sure that you don't have lingering mods is to disable/remove them all through your mod manager (if you use one), uninstall the game, remove the game folder entirely (just the installation folder, you can keep the AppData folder where characters and worlds are saved) to remove any remaining .dll files and whatnot, then reinstall the game from Steam.
If this resolves the issue, then re-install/re-activate your mods one by one until you find the one that brings the issue back. There have been some code updates since January and the guilty mod may not have been updated to work with them. If it's out of date, then you'll just have to do without it until the maintainer releases an updated version.
If you're still having the same issue after that, then there may be a configuration issue somewhere in Steam, an input mapping error in the game's config, or a bug related to your current system configuration (not necessarily the computer outright, but how the game, the OS, the drivers, and so on interact with each other).
