Looking for a clue

I am running a few mods from Nexus, Also, even though I play solo I run multiple characters (I specialize them and use them in "rescue missions"). Since the last patch I have times that when I try to log out or quit the screen goes black except for the cursor, I can still hear the game running (and have even been killed while it is going on) and I lose any progress I made. My character then starts the next game at their spawn point,

Here is the error log:

Check to see which ones have updates.
the update to the game broke mods so unless the author has updated it itโ€™s probably causing issues.
