All mountain biomes can spawn drakes randomly.
That said you might get a super tiny mountain that isn't actually mountain biome anywhere.
In which case it'll be any other biome.

I just want to make a big mountain temple in creative and use this as a base for a survival game wich I intend to use for a long time.
I want the island to be very big to expand my base down the mountain and hopefuly manage to build a connected network of small villages along the island, while still having large wild forests and meadows.
So far, the best seed i found was G4WUchvTE9

"a", "000000", "0000000000" are the seeds i'm using. The first one is pretty large with all biomes but has small mountains, but its beautiful!. The third one has very large mountains but is also large and has some swamps nearby. I havent played in the second one yet because i'm saving it for the future.

Because when you say large it can mean very different things.
For example
https://valheim-map.world/?seed=232&offset=1543%2C2608&zoom=0.117&view=0&ver=0.202.14
NE of the spawn, left of the Trader the island is not really large (if you compare the island with others)
But i am pretty sure its far larger as you need to build any Mountain base
(ahh and no eggs which come with a drake spawn)

So, thanks for all the answers, I did use the seed generator all afternoon but alas, nothing realy buys it for me.
By large island, I don't mean the longest but rather the most round. My standard would be at least as large as the star-shaped meadows that appears around the spawn, wich you can see when you choose to show only the biomes layer.
So far the best seed I found was XvPf2Zdmzs, so still not quite enough for my taste.
I checked "a" "OOOOOO" and ''OOOOOOOOOO" and I quite like the second one, I'll check it out.

I love Yggdrasil (the name of the world tree).

Large open islands with smaller dots of land in front of the coast. Ideal for base building and how I like to play.

I use DogGoRoof (it's the name of the seed for real, no jokes) because it has all the biomes, a trader and all the bosses in the starter island. Also, it has 2 perfect big Meadows spots to build in front of the open ocean and also 1 has mauntains close in the back and the other 1 has black forest close on its sides. Can't really ask for more!

I'm not a big fan of the big patch of water in the middle

The map seed equinox starts you on a nice sized round island with plenty of meadow and forest and a big ol’ mountain right in the middle. There’s also a chunk of swamp a boat trip north filled with crypts.
