There are number of alternatives that work perfectly still. Go get expanded player inventory, does the same thing as the quick slots mod but doesnt eat your equipment. lighter on the code, it seems. And there is a auto loader for coal and kilns that for some reason also works with ores. I use the old blast furnace fix to make the blast furnace take all the other ores and it even pairs with the autoloader. My mod build is working just fine even in the Public Test version.

No, BepInEx hasnt bee updated for over 6 months. You will need to check your mods. Simple mods will be fine, but any mods that make any big code shifts will be broken and need an update.

that's common for all games with mods, gotta wait for mods and usually bug fixes anyways

Equipment and Quickslots is updated on the guy's github page https://github.com/RandyKnapp/ValheimMods/tree/main/EquipmentAndQuickSlots

I had to download the zip file and manually install it (EquipmentAndQuickSlots2.1.zip). I expect it'll be updated on Nexus and Thunderstore soon.

Craft from containers and other Aedenthorn stuff looks like it's being updated too, though I wasn't sure what to download so I'm just going to wait, or maybe look into OdinsQOL.

Only few mods i've found to still work are the plant everything, unrestricted portal, and item stacks mods. The UI mods currently do not, such as Craft from containers, and Equipment/Quick Slot.
