Raise ground issues
I am trying to raise the ground for a project. but for some reason part of the ground wont be raised to the level of the rest.
I have read online that there is a limit of 8 meters from the map generated ground level.
Not sure if this is right or wrong...
However the part that has holes in it, is next to a small river, while i can raise the lowest ground level (river level) beond those holes. (about 1,5m higher).
Anyone got a sollution for this?

The solution depends on the cause.
- you can only raise (or dig) so far. So if the original ground was not level (it was not, unless you are building in an area smaller than 1 floor tile). then raise everything to the max will be ... just as uneven as the original.
in that case, you knock everything down to the lowest common level, or insert an extra stone floor tile or two in low spots.
other causes ... mostly see above...

The stone blocks are fully 3d cuboids where most wooden pieces are effectively 2d cardboard cutouts. They're pretty easy to place embedded into the ground, especially the 2x2x1 flooring block. How do you patch a hole with stonework?
The stonecutter does need two iron ingots so that's a swamp run but not necessarily a deep one - the larger ooze creatures drop iron ore, or you can find deposits in the steep slope where a swamp meets mountain.

There's a delimiter mod https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/359 or you'll need to lower the entire thing, or patch the hole with stonework.

Would removing the ground, to find this rock, and destroy it. Fix this problem? Sometimes a rock nearby will cause things like that
