same issue here

if you mean that you don't see the buttons "new character" "play this character" etc
then probably you are using some resolution that doesn't scale properly (for example there are no problems for me at 1600x900) or you set GUI scale weirdly that it puts stuff offscren (like 169% instead of 100%)
