Not sure, I haven't played any mistlands yet. Going to wait for it to go live so I can play it with my family over lan with the least amount of bug possible.

Parry their first hit and then use the power attack for a stab move. If your sword level is decent, it can kill in one hit.

Where do you get the 2 handed sword? i mean what does it need and what is it made off?
I dont think the wiki is up to date, so any help or advice i would be very grateful for.
