Draugr spawners are op

I'm having an issue with enemies inside sunken crypts.

The draugr spawners are spawning bow n' arrow Dragurs 'inside' of the scrap metal piles, and they're able to shoot out of them, while you can't attack them back because it just hits the scrap metal.

Draugr spawners spawn so fast that it makes even approaching them difficult, now add in enemies that are essentially invincible and it makes sunken crypts where this happens just unplayable.

This really needs to be fixed, and Draugr spawners need to be toned done.

Cheese? The game's spawning ranged enemies inside of walls where they can attack the player, but the player can't fight back.

How am 'I' cheesing the game there?!
By clearing the crypts from the safety of a scrap pile
Edit-nevermind I just reread the post, in that case you just need to take a stagbreaker or iron sledge

Which gets you to the strategy that Scrambled onions recommends (you can also half mine the scrap pile so that nothing can pass through except arrows and use an aetgir or your bow through the opening on the body pile).

Once the body pile is dealt with you can fully mine the scrap heap and deal with the stuck archer that is now freed or if it is stuck in the wall grab the loot and move on past it.

The draugr maintains a steady pace of firing arrows you can dodge or block them or you can use the terrain (by going around a corner) to avoid them.
Well, the 'strategy' I used to fix the issue is just grabbing my stuff, dodging the first arrow and just hitting the scrap pile once with the pick-axe before being gunned down by multiple draugr archers at the same time from the walls of the room, and then just rinsing and repeating that until the scrap piles broke and opened it up for me to kill them.

But really, that 'should not' be happening in the first place. Draugr spawners need to be toned down.

That means that the most dragur you can face at one time are the total that spawned in the room to start with (which is a maximum of 3). If there are 2 draugr and you kill one the body pile tries to spawn a new one within 3 meters every 6 seconds until there are 2.

If you mine out half the scrap heap and then kill all the draugr archers eventually you will have 2 melee dragurs that can't get past the scrap pile which will allow you to take out the body pile at range with your bow. Mining half the scrap pile gives you something to hide behind when dealing with the draugr archers that spawn inside the room. That means that you only have to deal with the stuck one. Which is easy enough to do once you get the timing of the bow shots down.

Farming body piles is a tactic that a lot of players use to stock up on entrails and to level up weapons or magic skills. I can assure you that they don't want the body piles changed since there are all ready effective ways to deal with them as they are now.

The point is that 'shouldn't' be happening in the first place. Spawners shouldn't be spawning enemies noclip'd into physical objects, especially not ranged enemies that can attack out but can't be attacked back.

Yeah so you mine it once, die to the 2-star ranged draugr inside and just repeat the process ad nasuem until the problem is fixed because of a glitched spawn.
Also take into account that this is an unfinished game, there's going to be bugs

I checked the wiki just to see if this was a thing that usually happens with body piles (because it sure af didn't happen in my last playthrough either) and yeah according to the wiki in crypts it does. I just got super boned because it was both a 2-star and 1-star ranged that spawned in.

Yep. About 1 in 10 crypts have this issue.

You just got bent over by RNG to get bowmen and again for them to have stars.

Sometimes if you use a shield a critical parry you can stagger them out of the piles. the hard part is getting the timing if you cannot see them draw their bow.

Bugs and technical issues are ------->>>

The game is EA the bugs aren't yet worked out. That bugs still exist in an EA game doesn't mean that the body pile is OP and needs changed. The clipping issue in the game is what the problem is which seems to be a common problem in Proc gen games.
