Is there a way to prevent Valheim from accepting input from a specific controller?
Last night I installed a flight simulator and plugged in my X-55 HOTAS controllers, they're still connected. When I launched Valheim today, I found that my character was acting strange: I was holding block, the camera was spinning slowly. Finally I realised that my HOTAS inputs are recognised by Valheim, so I had to adjust some of the knobs to return to normal function. I'd just like to have Valheim ignore this controller if possible. :)
I'm playing Valheim on Linux if it makes a difference.
Update: Toggling "Gamepad Enabled" is an acceptable workaround in my case, as I use KB+M on desktop. Ideally it would still be nice to disable the HOTAS in software and use a standard gamepad, if possible.

If you opt into Steam Input you can make a template that is "disabled" aka everything unbound and then select that in games you want to mute the controller in.
Under setting and controller i believe. can't remember.
but unplug the controller is just easier, i had the same thing happened while having my wheel connect,my character would start turning,

@sk8chalif Thanks, I didn't know that was possible! Yeah I've just toggled "Gamepad Enabled" in the ingame settings as I use KB+M. Indeed, unplugging it would be a lot easier. :)
