I have seen youtubers doing speed runs on their building. Not sure how the console commands work however. What are you planning on building?

remember that older game let you do it faster because one click to match. That is gone, dunno if you can cheat it back in?

Okay that was a joke. :) I've already done all the necessary terrain manipulations and even made a foundation.

Now I'm thinking on further design.

Found a mod that can alter terrain en-masse: Hoe Radius from Nexus mods. With this you can easily raise an island in a few clicks.
