My world is glitched for some reason. Ever since I killed Moder all raids have stopped. It's been months in-game and I've killed nearly a hundred fulings.

This is why I'm debating on even killing Bonemass, because Drakes will make my life worse.

we skipped a bone mass and went straight to kill the dragon and the mountains, because the frozen arrows or the hammer that freezes are more useful to fight him. So our level is not really high, we could barely with the dragon dying many times and losing a small base that we had built in the snow, along with the teleporter

This event has been in the game since the beginning. You unlock that horde event by defeating the dragon boss Moder.

Build a moat or mound around your base, it's a absolute life saver

Sorry you had such an extensive loss. I've never had that so far - but then I've deliberately only killed the 1st boss to concentrate on building (will get around to the rest of them later on). But I can imagine how I would feel if I was on the receiving end of what came your way. I hope you recover - and come back stronger for the experience.

Sounds fun to me. I just had my second longship get two shotted by a fire version of Modar in an increased difficulty collection of mods. Where it's very hard to skip progression. After my coffee break here I'm looking forward to fix this little problem I have.

The whole game is about building and re-building - to fully enjoy it, one need not get attached to their creations. It's a philosophical state of mind that one need to cultivate when playing Valheim. Consider the fuling raid as a helpful reset button that's kinda hard to press yourself, so the game is doing you a favor, so that you can enjoy rebuilding an even better base. Plus, because it's such an emotional experience, you will remember this attack for a long time, and it will become part of your unique Valheim story. In the end, you will emerge a stronger man.

Raids have always been there, and the game isn't close to finished length, so your first comment is just bad bait.

If you can't handle a goblin raid that's entirely on you. I suggest you rethink how you approach combat and make sure you have proper buffs.
You have plenty of stamina unless you incorrectly treat the game like a hack and slash button smasher.
