anyone who's been in these forums can see, the Valheim mods & devs are getting defensive and ban-happy and its a sign the game going into the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Nothing happened to copper veins, they've always been like that. You probably just didn't think to keep digging before.

Didn't they reduce the drop rate of ore so you kinda *have* to dig deep now?

Don't know if it's been reduced, but just to check, I cleared the capstone off and got only 13 ores. Digging it all out (I think I got all) gave me another 37 ores.

Setting up a temporary camp near a vein and mining it for a few days is all part of the immersion. It's stuff like this that sets it apart from other games. Stop complaining.

I believe I get a lot less copper now. I started a new game yesterday and it looks a lot different than it used to on release.

Seriously now, one thing I learned in my Army career is that a unit is not in trouble when soldiers complain. It is in trouble when they don't complain. Soldiers stop complaining when they are no longer engaged in the unit and its mission.
