The latest patch loaded this morning. I am on PC. No problems yesterday but now the game is crashing when loading at "Harmony X: writing postfixes. " Can't play at all. Has to be a problem in the latest patch. Hope this is fixed soon.

Removing mods means removing quite a few houses I've built. Your alternate advice worked perfectly. Thank you!

Do note that switching to default_old is not a permanent solution; once another patch is released, the current patch is moved to the default_old branch, which will probably break all your mods again.

Remove your mods; they're not compatible with the new version of the game yet.
Alternatively, run the previous stable version of the game:
In the games list: right-click Valheim, choose "Properties".
Select "Betas" in the menu on the left.
Select "default_old" in the drop-down on the top-right.
