Things are either good or they are bad - but that's not how the real world works

This update brought nice features, new things, and it's generally pleasant to finally see an update. The changes to stamina are questionable though, but I gotta play a bit more and see how it goes, before making some kind of verdict.
But even if we take the whole update as something very positive, there's still this question of "what have they been doing all this time, really?"

I mean, it would've made sense if they said "we went on a holiday for a while, and now back at work. There's going to be more, from this day forward".
But from their updates I was under impression that they have been working hard all this time

This update just doesn't add up

First of all, thank you for this post. But I do need to add that the roadmap we have, told us of what we get next. The Hearth and Home update was gonna come and they made several videos on it.

As for the time passed inbetween this is also explainable: After the game it steam they have been hard at work not only bugfixing, answering questions (without a QaA manager) and also forum work. On top of this they were getting new employees which had to first be trained to the current code base, needed to understand the game and the vision and so on and so forth. Put that into the current Pandemic and finding a person wont be that easy. Then after 6 months they were finally able to work on Hearth and Home which they made several sneakpeeks on their channel on youtube for everyone to see.

Now that I said this lemme give you something else: Tasty Mead. If you run into trouble with your current stamina, this can give you a good 300% regen buff. Which, before the update, was entirely useless. But a lot of people dont consider this nor are they putting time into figuring it out.

I am glad to see that other people with critique on their mind are actually also willing to try the update out more proper.

No I just actually spent time in the community and watched the videos unlike you guys who make it more and more apparent how much time you actually spend in the community as a whole instead of just complaining.

Just a nitpick, it's been nerfed to 100% stamina regen (300% was bonkers for how early you get it tbf) but it is definitely helpful with the low cooldown.
