Question on Updates: World Build

I have an older save from before the Mists update... will the new updates update my world with the new zones or do I need to start over?

If you haven't discovered them yet, it's all good. Otherwise, new world is needed.

I just tried a very old seed, it popped its foo foo, so I deleted it, sometimes ya need to just move on eh?
