just restore the backup file. The game auto saves the world frequently, so at most you lost a bit of work but not all of it.
If its a remote server, contact the admin --- that is not in game, that is your friend upon whos server you are playing.
how to do this? I just lost my word. It was a legacy save thingy. i returned to valheim after a while. and now i lost my world. it doesnt show up anymore....
