do map markers move over time?
i'm starting to notice a LOT of the markers i've put down are.. off.
some examples are, if i find a group of berries (any kind) i'll plop an icon as close to the middle of them as i can, now the marker is way off, by multiple feet.
same with the camps i build, or the random scattered towers, troll caves, etc that i mark down in the black forest. they've all moved and are way off from where they're supposed to be.
is this a common issue?

right click removes the marks. I accidentally deleted it myself several times

Markers do not move, you need to be zoomed in the whole way on the map when placing the marker.

Hey @CapNK "My world Cant be more than 2 weeks old yet." did you by chance play the beta that was 12 ish days ago? and of (unbelievably) the patch from then may have moved things?... just thinking out loud n seeking explanations

The music changes near burial chambers, chests, dolmens, and crows, always crows around things you need to pay attention to. Also now there is a blue fog around structures, burial chambers. If you have other music on can miss lots of stuff, like the wheezing of starred trolls when you run into their ankles.

I haven't had markers move but I have found somethings that I had run past several times and not noticed (like an ore patch or a burial chamber) and didn't notice it until I ran around on the other side of it or ran across it in the case of a copper deposit especially if it is near another one of those items that I had discovered and marked (and in the case of the ore deposit mined out and removed the previous marker).

They don't move - but if you're zoomed way out on the map when placing them you lose accuracy. I often pin stuff when I am zoomed out and then when I zoom in I am WAY off.

How old is the map?
Some of the updates did move stuff, if you have an older map it might be that.
My world Cant be more than 2 weeks old yet.

Can't say I've noticed it.
You say off by multiple feet. Did you put the markers down with the map a bit zoomed out, and now you're looking at the map more zoomed in? If so, it's possible that the markers looked in the right place at the lower-resolution map zoom, but now that you are zoomed in more, the markers aren't actually where you thought they were. You know?
