Do you have all ingedrients for it or maybe is something missing? If you have all you needed be sure that spice rack is in the near of the tin pot.

It is pretty big and hard to place. Seems to need something to hang from other than just the wall?

Make sure it's near the cauldron and have it hang from a wood post attached to the wall or hanging from the roof.

I placed one under the roof's beam and attached another to wall (in my stone house). Seems like you need more free space between the rack and floor (or cauldron, or something). I mean the heigth since it must be hanged, not just placed.

I've struggled to place this thing too. It seems to be extremely picky about where you place it. My bro has one set up and it's a little bit away from the fire (3-4 meters) with it hanging from the roof. No beam, just the roof. Haven't tried that myself yet; he's a little ahead of me on this playthrough.

My last solo run, good grief I think I spent an hour just trying to set it up for placement. Serious pain. Just gotta fiddle with it, near as I can tell.
