Root Harnesk + Fenris Hood
How do these 2 interact? Does the Hood's fire-resistance override the fire-weakness of the Harnesk, the other way, or do they neutralize each other?

To my knowledge:
Harnesk is Fire weakness is 1.5x
Hood alone doesn't provide fire resistance, you need the whole set to get Fenris Blessing which is the fire resistance.
So I'd have to say no, it does not override it since it doesn't individually provide it. Fire resistance potion, being wet, yagluth's power etc would override such though.
