after using the map tool and switching to "show biomes" ill get what a "full meadows star" is

I'd also like to know a seed of such if anyone finds one

Maybe they are talking about the Maypole? Is this game translated into other languages? If so, maybe one of the translations is weird.

So he wants spawn to be in the center of a star?

I think he want the complete star pattern on any island, probably around the spawn, but I don't think he will find a landmass that large for a complete one.
