the game came out and I put around ~100 hours in and ran out of things to do
has the game changed much? I know the mistlands area was updated but how much so? and beyond that / other than that?

More things to eat and farm. But as a whole not too much. Maybe wait till Ashlands is done and start again. Cheers!
