I guess to get the console I need to add "-console" to the steam launch box?

Do I need the console or is there some command to type into chat like /unstuck?

What command should I use in the console to move a few feet?

Got stuck in water in an iron crypt. One of those passages you need to swim through but it dead ended. I was able to walk and was fine at the end of the tunnel but I jumped and that seemed to put me up into the roof of the tunnel and now I am stuck swimming.
Don't really want to die since I am trying a no death run and getting stuck is kind of a cruddy way to end it.
