This is perfect. Thank you. I don't mind spoilers. For games like this I want to be as OP as possible so when I play with friends I wont be the weak link and can help others if that makes sense. Also for a sense of superiority over the creatures that hunt me.

I'll keep this in mind but I don't like starting a game over. There's some games I played on console that I don't want to play on PC because that'd mean I wouldn't have my progress anymore. I know there's people that have a reply value when they start over and experience, but I'd rather just figure out where I left off and work from there.

Ah. I did click on that tab but since it showed tutorials I figured it was only basic movement and stuff since I already knew the ones I read. But if it's a progress map that unlocked as I progressed than that may help. I don't remember a swamp but I probably wasn't paying attention. I remember starting out thinking the game was bugged since I couldn't build, only for my friend to tell me I have to have a hammer in my hand to do that. lol..

I remember hearing about an update Home and Hearth, but when I started playing I didn't really pay attention so I didn't check what it added and don't remember if I experienced it.
Did it add a lot of stuff that changed the gameplay?

It changed things considerably. Stamina was reworked as well as blocking changed to have your max health factored in to blocking ability. Many food items added as well as some new food crafting upgrades that changed when certain foods are available.

changes to comfort items, some things added and some changed how they worked in that they become obsolete with items of higher tier.
