Okay so feels like this game is abandoned :/ Well...

Sorry but i really had fun playing Valheim, but last played "May" because there was nothing more to do, so many lost interest in this game, no content (for building, exploring, etc.) - yeah sorry. Feels like dead/abandoned from developer. Made big cash and goodbye world. Like that.

It's nowhere near abandoned lmao

It's Early Access, and they've been posting progress updates regularly enough.

I don't know how much you've played, but I'm nearing 400 hours and feel like I've barely scratched the surface.

I really don't understand doomsayers that instantly call a game abandoned if stuff isn't added on a constant basis. All they do is have a negative effect on the overall atmosphere in the community, and worst case scenario drive away potential new players.

So besides the game not being abandoned, why is it a bad thing if you got your fill of the game in May and don't want to play it anymore? Most games that I play, I stop playing them after a time. Even games without endings like Valheim.

This is an extreme over-reaction for a game that has an update coming out in four days, just btwfyi

I mean not sure how much of a content patch Hearth and Home will represent. Really depends on how you approached the game I guess but as others have pointed out it is coming in short order.

Its called Hearth and Home, so depends on your definition of "content", if looking for bosses and biomes rather than building and other changes, this might not be what you are waiting for.

its more a QoL update then real additional content
