yes there is. First you need to enable -console via steam launch settings then in game huit F5 and type devcommands hit enter then type removedrops and hit enter.

BEWARE this will delete any loose items on the ground. Even if its within player build areas.

Also note as far as I understand after a set amount of time items dissapear under these conditions. A set amount of time has passed I dont remember, not within 20?meters of player build structures and finally not withing loading distance of a current player.

great thank you but is this effect any important item like anything like summoning boss stuff?

this command removes every current drop on the ground in a certain area

everything dropped outside the range of fires/workbenches will be removed by the game after some time has passed

ah okay so it's withing my general area that I loaded in basically

you can also do
F5
devcommands
debugmode
exit F5
L

it will then remove everything loose on the ground.
