I tried searching the net, I had a look into its Github too, but didn't find any "help file", "manual", "explanation" or such, just a list of the added features.
My problem with this mod is

1. I'm using it when not being server admin, so I've no clue about possible "configuration files" (I used its UI in game)
   
2. listed UI options are not always self-explanatory: I need to know more than the simple feature name, to know if to activate it or not
   
3. I would like to know which parameters and, if possible, min/max values, are allowed to server admin and to a normal user (like me)

If someone knows where explanations/help are, may point me to the right place, please?
