Status of latency for multiple players?
Hello! I played this game last year with 8-9 buddies. At the time, we would wait for each other before killing the main bosses. However, every time we did so it was nearly impossible to play due to lag except for the person who sacrificed the item; they tended to have zero latency issues but everyone else did. To the point of the boss freezing in place even though on my screen it would be moving as intended if I sacrificed the items. We dumped hundreds of hours into this game and would love to do so again; but we were hoping the boss latency issues were fixed; can anyone confirm? Cheers

The game has a floating host system.
Regardless of how the server is run, The person first to enter an area is hosting that area.
So make sure whoever arrives first anywhere near the alter stone has the best wired internet connection and computer.
Also even if they have the best internet and computer if they have a wife and kids streaming stuff ... well it can be pretty spotty
Now for bosses it may auto switch host to whoever put in the stuff? IDK but I would make sure the first person there with the best equipment etc also starts the fight once everyone arrives.
As long as they don't have a high ping to the server that should at least reduce lag as much as possible.
