Future Updates
Will the upcoming Ashlands biome require that we completely remake our server? I believe for Mistlands I had to recreate. Maybe I didn't need to, but I was unaware of how to implement the new content without doing it that way.

Like ALL the updates where biome features were added to, any explored areas will NOT be updated.
Considering how long it is until the next update anyway, start a new world, get it to the point of Mistlands and then leave it and play on other worlds. When Ashlands drops, you can carry on where you left off on that seed and enjoy the new update.

I think there might be a mod out there that resets the exploration of the world. Might be a good idea to look around for that or something like it and use it prior to the update.
