No one said anything about easy bro. But go on and pretend the game is perfect and can't be criticized at all. Early access game = community feedback to improve the game, and there are a lot of valid complaints with this update.

I love the game, but it has issues and Mistlands has really questionable design decisions, and seems unfinished. Worst visibilty locked behind a really bad inconsistent light source, toughest enemies in the game and the worst terrain in the game. Heck, the game itself makes itself EZ mode once u get the featherfall cape which is contradictory to the whole games design, it makes no sense.

there is a big difference between easy and something being a chore for the sake of it

yeah the terrain was a really bad choice imo, and you're means of dealing with it is only craftable after you've basically already beaten the mistlands, making it rather pointless.
