Multiple Elders?
So far, I have found runestones pointing to 2 different locations for The Elder. I have reached neither of these yet though.
Will there be the same type pf stone courtyard at each of these, and thus the option to make 2 or more underground bases?

Awesome for collecting trophies for display...Ya I like to get 2 heads from each boss for this reason

Bosses can have multiple spawns. Runestones simply point you to the closest one to that Runestone.

I was on a Island and found 2 Elk god summoning spots about 50 yards apart, So killed some deer summoned the boss got some extra picks

You can also spawn the boss, multiple times at the same spot at the same time if you are so inclined.

Yes. All of the bosses have multiple summoning locations. One can summon the Elder as many time as you want at any or all of his summoning locations, as long as your supply of Ancient Seeds lasts. Same hold for any other boss if you have the material required to summon them.
