I stopped paying attention a long time ago because there isn't really anything to pay attention to. And even watching this fireside chat...they are laughing that people are going to think they didn't add anything when this patch goes live. And they are laughing about it. What exactly is that supposed to show?

My expectations for this game and it's continuing "so-called" development cycle are pretty much gone. I mean, the game is great so far, and it's not expensive, but for the most part it's for people that like building bases, because there isn't a whole lot else to do. And unless they actually start adding things to the game, it's gonna be a really long early access, or, a very small content game. And absolutely nothing the devs have done contradicts that point.

Yes. Expect full release date in 2 years unless they decide to release less content, which is always the case.

Yep I think the posters here are on target. I would have loved a new biome, boss, and mobs each quarter or so, so the game is flushed out in a year, but I dont think its going to happen.

As far as Mistlands go though, its so darn dark in there. I've finally made peace with how dark the Swamp is, but Mistlands are really dark. At a certain point, thats just not fun

All you're doing is projecting the fact you are untrustworthy and would run off with money if you were paid in advance.

Still baffles me how eager people are to defend a company that got paid out and took a vacation lol.

In the Fireside chat the devs explained there will be larger longer spaced releases for the new biomes, but there will also be more regular smaller updates between. The next large release after H&H will be Mistlands. That'll leave the Deep North and the Ashlands as major updates.

Based on the one update...it's pretty safe to assume it's gonna be at least another 7-8 months before there will be another content patch.

Not if you've paying attention. I'd expect the next in half that or less. They hammered out most of the base game bugs and they have more staff now.

They have said it probably won't be 2021 though. So sometimes early 2022 I think.
