Without the admin doing that for you, its likely not going to happen. You'd just be better off getting the seed, then using creative mode to quickly rebuild everything and spawn in items etc too. Tedious but it may be your only option.

Just find out the seed name and use that. If it's a custom map made with Better Continents you'd have to look on the Nexus for the files.
