No, because you have given so little information about your system.

You could check to make sure you have the correct Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. First you have to know what windows you have, most are x64 these days but it's possible you have a different one. Click the start menu and type system information, you are looking for system type. After you have that, go to add or remove programs and check which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable you have installed. It could be the wrong one or several defaulting to the wrong one. Uninstall any that are old or the wrong version. If you do not have the correct one installed already, you can grab it from Microsoft under the download section. Also run the game as admin, this fixes a lot of games not working, if it doesn't fix it, report back with all the system specs you can and I'll try to help.
