That's really weird, try using a different keyboard or controller. It could be a USB interrupt based on a faulty device that is shorting something.

on a different thought is the "jump" key a macro in your mouse or Keys config.. in which case you CPU is handling the mouse./keys. so make sure not much runnng in background.. kinda nice housekeeping too for any app
