I second this, I've done everything in this game but still want to play here and there. Not looking for anything long term...but does someone need help recovering a body or wrecking a boss or something? I can only build so many outposts on islands.

Find your valhiem/irongate folder in your appdata local files, go in there and find the "worlds" folder, you should see the names of your worlds that you play on, copy the one you want to save and save it elsewhere on your computer. This is also how you share worlds with friends, you take a world file and put it in that folder. It'll then show up in game with whatever file name it is. Easy peazy. Hard part is finding the valhiem folder. Mine is in my user app data under "irongate"

Just to add to these great instructions, the path on most computers is: C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\ - where it say's Username, change it to your account name.
