My wife and I play together. First game since ESO that interested her :-) We played EQ for years; WoW for years; Minecraft for years; EQ2, LoTRO, ESO for a shorter time (we kinda lost interest in MMORPG's).

Playing with a friend makes this game so much better :-)

Yah, it's a continual struggle with my daughter. No win situation at times. Lol

My boyfriend and I have been playing the game for a little while together. I like dark fantasy stuff and my boyfriend is actually a history nerd who has a personal affinity for Viking culture in particular. He actually taught me how to build as close to a historically accurate Viking longhouse as you can create in this game, complete with a box chimney. My boyfriend does most of the base building and I do most of the resource collecting, though he joins me for particularly difficult areas (IE everything, until we've reached the level of tech development necessary to fight whatever boss is next, at which point I'm usually able to solo the current biome we're working on).

He's ridiculously good with a spear, and also uses a Battleax now that we've gotten to that point. I'm the one that likes to parry.

Nice! My wife is the builder in this game. I prefer to adventure and check out new islands.
Shes been there for every Boss fight.. It makes the game more enjoyable too.

Sounds like fun. If we can find a mod that makes Valheim look like a FaceBook app or a Twitter feed then I'm golden.......
