On Thunderstore look for DeezMistyBalls by Azumatt. It's a client side mod that allows you to configure your wisplight (not the stationary ones though) to have a bigger range (starting from the vanilla 6 up to 50).

It's not exactly what you were asking for, but it does make a difference.

I use wemod for when I'm feeling just buildy, otherwise I just play it how it should be.

This is the best source for mods, way more than Nexus. Plus they have their own mod manager that lets you download straight from the website.

Nexus mods and I have also heard of the mod but be warned ⚠️ mods are not supported at this time and can go out of date so make backups of save file before adding
