This seed would be a good challenge.. Moder being surrounded by plains is ok.. I mean 2 of the locations you are only in the plains for a few seconds likely.. Iron is a bit away..

The seed I'm on now was a little too easy.. we had like 6 iron crypts and 2 bosses on our starting island.. the third boss was directly across from our first island.. kinda blew through the first 3 biomes. Then we had to go to like 8 islands to find the sigil/stone to find Moder. I really enjoy exploring so it was nice to actually have to use the boat and go on a trip lol.

That doesn't look like a bad seed to me. There's a Bonemass right next to spawn with meadows and black forest.

Having Moder surrounded by plains is fairly normal, and shouldn't be a problem. If you're ready to take on Moder, you should be ready for the plains. The Moder out in mistlands would be tough, but the rest of them all have black forest to land on, and then it's just a short hop across plains to the mountain.

There are plenty of reddit sites which have bad or /difficulty seeds.
