Contact server admin.
Some servers will be put into a hibernation state and you need to contact Gportal or whoever the provider is and get them to wake it up.
May also be out of sync with update or update for crossplay may have messed with it.
Advise the server admin they can use the beta tab for an old version if the update was the issue.
