This seems to be a theme in the game: "When being chased by something you can't fight, kite it to the nearest troll."

Oh, it's not just trolls. If I'm traveling through the plains I'll purposely run by villages and drag the entire village to a tar pit for amusement. In my current mistlands/plains base I have annoying lox constantly trying to get at my chickens, so anything that comes out of the mist get agroed on them. :-)

In the mountains I shake off annoying drake on stone golems, or annoying stone golems on drake. Blackdwarf get the skeleton treatment, or vice-versa.

Sometimes it's easier to just let others do the dirty work!

They should fix it so the trophies float.

That would be good. I've seen so many sink to the bottom...

I usually try to time my last shot so that I have enough stamina and the serpent is close enough to jump in just after I shoot, just in case the trophy drops, but even then it sinks so fast it's hard to catch.
