That is what Mistlands is to me 100% of the time. Wisp Light barely does anything and the terrain is even worse then mountains.

I think this is the first update where I've been somewhat tempted to use mods or cheat (haven't yet) in order to find the dungeons hiding in the murk so that I can get any sort of progression. So far I'm limping along with like 7 or 8 purple cores so I can get something done if a bit slowly.

Imo both the cores and the flesh tissue items are probably the worst offenders when it comes to progression. You have to rely on rng when it comes to stumbling on either sort of location and then hope to get either of the two items in a decent quantity.

Imagine having to find Silver Veins in Frost Caves while outside having a constant blizzard effect and the terrain is more steep. Mistlands in a nutshell except some of said Frost Caves will contain zero silver for the lawlz.

At least I finally got that feather cape though I don't remember having to deal with such BS when it comes to overcoming the freeze effect when you have frost resist potions and easy access to lox / wolf capes early on in mountain. Sad that it doesn't boost jump skill by like 30 and make it cost less stamina to jump. Such a gross switch from wide open, easy to see plains to a fractal nightmare wearing fogged up goggles.

I hope this update gets a 2nd pass.
